Building New Homes in St. Louis for over 30 years

About Meyer Homes

Jerry Meyer, owner of Meyer Homes, has over thirty years of experience in St. Louis housing development. He started The Meyer Company, in 1989 in his basement, and grew it to a thirty-person company building over ninety homes a year at its peak. As the President of Meyer Homes, Jerry is responsible for site analysis, project planning, land purchase, financing, site development and is the Chief Operating Officer of Meyer Homes.

In 2016, Jerry was researching housing trends and ran across a company out of Dublin, Ohio that specializes in designing homes for the aging baby boomer market. Jerry, being a Baby Boomer himself, quickly realized what a great product this would be for a demographic he believes is greatly underserved in the St. Louis Metropolitan Area. Impressed with the Epcon designs, and after visiting the corporate office he decided to affiliate with them for a new project, The Courtyards of Cottleville.

Jerry, a St. Louis native spends his free time playing golf with his wife Robyn, three children and two grandchildren and Saturday morning indoor soccer with his childhood friends.

His vision for Meyer Homes is to build communities in the St. Louis region serving this demographic and giving buyers the best buying experience possible.
